Renaissance Church of Christ

Started by an Avenue group alumna, the Avenue @ Renaissance women’s group seeks to be a safe space for healing from sexual betrayal trauma from pornography addiction, infidelity, emotional affairs, and other sexual sins. We believe that Christ is the only perfect source for healing, and we also know how hard it is to navigate trauma alone. That is why we are excited to host an Avenue group: We want to build a community of support that will walk with you, pray with you, and grow in Christ with you. 

Given the sensitive nature of our discussions and the complexities with the COVID-19 pandemic, we will work hard to build trust, connection, and transparency with each other through video calls on Zoom. You do not need to be a member of Renaissance Church of Christ, resident of Atlanta, or even be a Christian to join (just note that we use the Bible and Avenue materials, which rely heavily on scripture). We just ask that you come committed to participate, engage with our community, and maintain confidentiality.
